I have been attending Next Wave every week for nearly one year, when I first went I was suffering extreme persistent pain and had very limited mobility. Sasha worked an absolute miracle on me, not only rectifying some long term issues with my neck, shoulder, arm and jaw but also setting me up to flourish moving forward.
