Under the expert guidance of our therapists you will:
Onboarding is essential to start making sense of your pain and the things that are contributing to it.
To get started we ask you to complete a Health Appraisal Questionnaire. and other baseline measures.
From there you join the next Group Program (in person or online) and have immediate Access to our private online community.
You may choose to have individual therapy alongside the group program:
You will see our occupational therapists when you need help with understanding your pain drivers, pacing, sleep, managing stress and building a meaningful life.
Our physiotherapists will step in when you need a physiotherapy exam, exercise rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates or musculoskeletal treatment.
You may need naturopathy treatment to address possible underlying biological mechanisms to your pain such as digestion, hormone and nervous system issues. Naturopathy can help with natural pain management., sleep, diet and stress.

Rushil has a passion for treating athletes, with a special focus on golf, racquet sports, cricket, and gymnastics.

Lisa brings an athlete-informed, growth-focused approach to physiotherapy. With 15 years’ remote practice in Derby and experience as an Olympic kayaker, she empowers clients through collaborative, neuro-affirming care.

Kyu's clinical interests sit firmly in general musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on strength and conditioning-based rehabilitation for return to work, daily activities, and recreational sport.
Falls and fractures are commonly associated with occurring in old age but Next Wave Therapists treat people of all ages with falls risk concerns. While there is alot that can be done to prevent falls, the best time to start falls prevention is now, whatever your age.
The World Health Organization WHO recommends that all adults (regardless of age, health, or ability) do 30-60min of physical activity most days, for optimal physical and mental health. To prevent falls and maintain independence this should include exercise or activities that improve strength and balance.
Every bit of activity helps.
