Sasha provides support for women with complex pain and mental health concerns. Her services can be accessed via a Mental Health Care Plan (Focused Psychological Therapy). Women may want her help for postnatal depression, anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), post trauma stress (and PTSD) and complex persistent pain.

Sasha is also available to support women who are having problems with their menstrual cycle, sleep, stress, energy levels and vitality.

Physiotherapy

The Next Wave Physiotherapy team offer the only Specialist Physiotherapy service in the greater Fremantle area. They provide pelvic assessment, exercise rehabilitation, dry needling and manual therapy .
