I have been attending Next Wave every week for nearly one year, when I first went I was suffering extreme persistent pain and had very limited mobility. The Next Wave team, particularly Carleen worked with me to develop a pilates program tailored to my individual needs. This also included myofascial release physical therapy. My health transformation from intense debilitating pain to my current recovery levels has given me hope for a quality of life I thought was not available to me anymore. Next Wave Therapy was recommended to me to assist with some lingering issues from a 10 year chronic pain disorder. Sasha worked an absolute miracle on me, not only rectifying some long term issues with my neck, shoulder, arm and jaw but also setting me up to flourish moving forward.
