Psychological Therapy in O'Connor – Compassionate, Evidence-Based Support for Mind & Body

Emotional wellbeing and physical health are closely linked. Stress, trauma, and mood changes often intensify when combined with chronic pain or injury. Our therapy bridges this gap, offering care that recognises both body and mind.

At Next Wave Therapy, our psychological therapy services in O’Connor are personalised, practical, and compassionate. We don’t just focus on symptom relief — we help you rebuild confidence, re-establish balance, and regain control of your life.

Addressing Mental Health with a Holistic Approach

Many people experience anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms alongside chronic pain or injury. Standard therapy often treats these separately — but our integrated model ensures both the emotional and physical aspects of your health are supported.

Traditional models of care often separate mental health and physical health. At Next Wave Therapy, we integrate them. Our therapists collaborate with physiotherapists, naturopaths, and massage practitioners under one roof, ensuring you receive whole-person support.

Our therapy can help with:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
  • Depression and mood changes
  • Trauma recovery (including PTSD)
  • Adjustment to chronic illness or injury
  • Pain-related psychological distress
  • Workplace stress and burnout
