This program is individually tailored to meet your personal needs and stage in life. After your initial assessment you may need individual sessions, a home exercise or gym program and/or semi-private classes.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance are billed at 50% of the consult fee and do not qualify for a rebate.
