Jonathan Wray

Principal Physiotherapist

B.Sc. (Hons) Physiotherapy

Jonathan graduated from Cardiff University (UK) with a first class BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy. In the U.K.,  Jonathan worked in the public health system and also provided Physiotherapy for Welsh Premiership rugby. In 2009 Jonathan and his family emigrated to Western Australia. Since being in Australia, Jonathan has completed a Masters degree in Clinical Physiotherapy with a Manipulative Therapy major at Curtin University. Jonathan is currently completing specialisation training with the Australian College of Physiotherapy.

Jonathan has a special interest in treating neck, shoulder and spinal disorders using manual therapy, dry needling techniques and exercise prescription. To compliment his hands on treatment Jonathan runs Pilates classes and has undertaken Polestar Pilates’ extensive rehabilitation series for health care professionals and is a Dance Medicine Australia level 2 Pilates instructor.

Jonathan also works as a clinical tutor supervising students on the Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy degree for Curtin University. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and young family. As a keen surfer, kite surfer and scuba diver, he likes to be in the water as much as he can.


Sasha Wray

Principal Occupational Therapist

Dip. App Sc Naturopathy

Sasha graduated from Curtin University, Perth WA as an occupational therapist in 1992. Since then, she has worked in  adult and older persons mental health, neuro rehabilitation and pain care in Australian & UK hospital, community rehabilitation, residential & private health settings. She has used an integrative approach in private practice since 2000.

Sasha has a special interest in treating persistent pain, sleep and mental health concerns. She is a registered provider of Focused Psychological Therapy under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health initiative.

Sasha is co-convenor for the Occupational Therapy Pain Management Interest Group (WA). She has also worked as a tutor in mental health and group therapy at Curtin University.

Committed to best practice & a holistic approach Sasha has completed post graduate training in Naturopathy (Perth Academy of Natural Therapies, 2001); Acceptance & Commitment Therapy; Myo-Fascial Therapy, Mindfulness and Integrative acupressure. 

Sasha enjoys spending time with her family, the ocean and creative pursuits.


Zoe Cole


B. Sc Occupational Therapy
Certified Yoga Teacher

Zoe graduated from Occupational Therapy at Curtin University in Perth, WA. She has since been working within a range of clinical areas at a private hospital in Perth, in community rehabilitation and the disability sector.  

With a keen interest in yoga and wellness, Zoe completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course in Goa, India, where she trained in both Hatha and Ashtanga styles of yoga. 

Zoe has a special interest in recovery and wellness for both physical and psychological well being. She offers individual consultations and yoga classes at Next Wave Therapy.

Zoe enjoys being outdoors, rock climbing, camping, surfing and anything to do with the ocean!


Zac Betts


B. Physiotherapy

Zac graduated from Notre Dame University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is currently undergoing Polestar Pilates’ extensive rehabilitation series.

Zac has a particular interest in all injuries associated with tennis and hockey, as well as treating shoulder and knee injuries.

Zac was initially drawn to Physiotherapy through his extensive sporting history and many years of using Clinical Pilates to aid his own rehabilitation. This background has helped Zac develop a passion of movement based rehabilitation, through to his professional career. Zac now utilises his broad knowledge, experience to offer a comprehensive movement approach to Physiotherapy.

In his spare time Zac plays competitive tennis, previously at state grade and has played competitive hockey at top grade. He has also spent many years on the beach with Surf Lifesaving Western Australia and the City of Perth Surf Lifesaving club.

Belinda McKay


Belinda works in our front office reception. As a qualified beauty therapist who has also worked in the retail sector Belinda truly understands wellness. With her friendly smile she is always willing to help you.

Belinda enjoys spending time with her family, learning to speak Japanese and SUP boarding in her spare time.

Zoey works in our front office reception.

With over a decade of experience in the health industry as a qualified pharmacy assistant and data base manager, Zoey is motivated, efficient and will follow up all your enquiries.

Zoey loves helping people and in her spare time enjoys yoga, bush walking and time at the beach.
