Lisa is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong interest in helping people to reach their potential. She is passionate about fostering growth in others. She offers a collaborative and determined approach to every challenge, supported by her history as an Olympic athlete and community leadership and governance roles.

Having lived and worked in remote Derby, WA for the past 15 years, Lisa has expertise in an extensive variety of musculoskeletal and injury rehabilitation presentations. She has a keen interest in the sporting sector as a high performing athlete. Lisa is a strong advocate for a neuro affirming approach within the workplace and within service provision to clients.

Lisa has been a mad sports enthusiast and therefore exposed to physiotherapists from a young age with gymnastics, surf lifesaving, swimming, diving and kayaking the sports of choice, and subsequently was inspired to pursue physiotherapy as a profession, which she did upon completing high school. She is a dual Olympian and Olympic medalist in sprint kayaking, and has been fortunate to have the mentorship of leading sports physiotherapists throughout her career as an athlete and physiotherapist.  

 
Lisa is kept busy with her three young children and pet dog Chilli, but in any spare time will usually be found in the garden, or paddling her ski on the river or ocean.
