Sasha has a special interest in treating chronic pain and mental health concerns. She is a registered provider of Focused Psychological Therapy under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health (BAMH) initiative.

Sasha graduated from Curtin University, Perth WA as an occupational therapist in 1992. She has extensive experience working in adult and older persons mental health, neuro-rehabilitation and pain care in Australian, English and Welsh hospitals, community rehabilitation, residential & private health settings.

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) – completed training for depression, anxiety, psychosis, pain, trauma, perfectionism with Dr Russ Harris and ACT for children and adolescents with Dr Louise Hayes.

Sasha was co-convenor for the Occupational Therapy Pain Management Interest Group (WA) 2016 -2021. She has delivered training in different settings including as a tutor at Curtin University.

Sasha is currently on the Expert Pain Management Panel for Occupational Therapy Australia Association.

Sasha enjoys spending time with her family, swimming in the ocean, art, writing poetry and gardening.
